Inspect inputs before acting
The source monitor distinguishes transport availability, observation age, future effective dates, missing evidence and source restrictions. Check the actual series, publication calendar and your institution’s entitlements before using an input.
Operational reports count central requests by product, tool, country, errors and response time. They do not reveal private strategies or establish completed trades. Model-learning contributions require a separate enrollment and source-rights review.
